Body

  • Interested in building strength both mentally and physically in a safe, small group setting? Check out our Body Class, with class sizes up to 8 people, led by certified personal trainers. Focused entirely on strength training—no cardio—our classes rotate between Full Body, Lower Body, and Upper + Core. You can expect a slower pace and an emphasis on lifting heavy.

Burn

  • Build lean muscle in this mat-based class, combining high reps and dynamic cardio bursts. In our infrared heated studio, you'll use bodyweight, hand weights, and/or ankle weights to intensify your workout, moving to the beat of the music.

Mat Pilates

  • In our non-heated Mat Pilates class, you'll build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness with low-impact exercises targeting the abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes. Focused on precision and breath, this class is perfect for all fitness levels, promoting strength and stability.

Mobility

  • Train or retrain your body to move the way it’s meant to in our Mobility class. Whether you have a vigorous workout routine or your body suffers from lack of movement, this class is for you! Set in our slightly heated studio, we’ll use functional static and dynamic stretches to improve flexibility, stability, posture, and range of motion.

Shape - Full Body Strength

  • Resistance training on your terms! Whether you're looking to get in shape or stay in shape, this class is for you. This non-heated Tabata workout focuses on full-body exercises while moving in all 3 planes of motion with dumbbells and bands.

Strength + Conditioning

  • Build strength and improve endurance in our Strength & Conditioning class! This high-intensity workout combines weight training and conditioning exercises to target all major muscle groups, boost metabolism, and enhance overall fitness. You'll use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, to challenge your body and build functional strength.
